Justin Timberlake

Just Timberlake went for a start search in 1992 though, at that time, the popular singer was referred to as Justin RANDALL. He sang “Love’s got a hold on you” in competition with Anna Nadonaa who he lost to.

HIS loss to star search led him to audition for the all-new Micky mouse club and e appear to be grateful for that. In one of his interviews, he said “It's funny. If I had won on Star Search just one time, I would not have made the audition [for The All-New Mickey Mouse Club]. I think God has his master plan and he'll lay it out for you. But you have to walk that road."

Beyonce

Destiny child who won the Grammy award in the year 2000 with a song name 'say my name, started from a small band group called Girl’s time. Girl’s time appeared on the start search in 1993, and even though they lost, they were brought to the limelight which eventually led to the success in the Grammys

Britany Spears

Appeared on the Start search as a 10-year-old in 1992. The popular pop sensation lost to Marty Thomas but has moved on to becoming a star on the Hollywood walk of fame, with several of her hit tracks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. She also has a successful perfume brand

Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera appeared on the star search talent show when she was nine and lost to Christopher Eason a twelve-year-old. The seasoned singer came to the limelight much later after the show is now a successful pop star

Usher

Usher won best Teen Vocalist as a 13-year-old on the Star Search. His journey to stardom started here. he released his first titled album a few years after his win, but it didn’t get much recognition, however his econ album titled “My Way” ranked no 4 on the Billboard 200 chart
